  1. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, photographs, specifications, pricing, and availability are accurate.

Because many products involve steel fabrication and manufacturing, minor variations in appearance, surface condition, dimensions, finish, or manufacturing characteristics may occur.

Bare steel products may contain normal mill scale, discoloration, surface oxidation, handling marks, or other cosmetic characteristics that do not affect their intended function.

Product photographs are for general representation and may not show the exact item received.

  1. STEEL SHOOTING TARGETS AND RANGE EQUIPMENT

Steel shooting targets and related equipment must be used responsibly and in accordance with appropriate firearm, ammunition, distance, mounting, range, and safety practices.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a particular target, thickness, mounting system, firearm, caliber, ammunition type, shooting distance, and shooting environment are appropriate for their intended use.

Never shoot damaged, excessively cratered, improperly mounted, or otherwise unsafe steel targets.

Eye and hearing protection should always be used when shooting.

Dead Center Fabrication does not control how products are installed, mounted, maintained, or used after delivery.

  1. CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Many products may be cut, fabricated, modified, personalized, or manufactured specifically for an individual customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving dimensions, specifications, designs, spelling, quantities, drawings, and other order details before production begins.

Once production has begun, custom or made-to-order products may not be changed, cancelled, returned, or refunded except as otherwise agreed in writing.

  1. ORDERS

Submitting an order through the website does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order for reasons including:

  • Product availability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Suspected fraud
  • Shipping limitations
  • Manufacturing limitations
  • Incorrect customer or payment information
  • Orders we are unable to safely or reasonably fulfill

If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, the appropriate payment will be refunded.

  1. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice.

The price applicable to an order is the price shown at checkout when the order is placed, except in cases of obvious pricing or technical errors.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes, or other charges will be displayed when required during checkout.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Manufacturing schedules, carrier delays, weather, freight delays, supply availability, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Large, heavy, bulk, or commercial orders may require freight shipping or separate shipping arrangements.

Risk of loss may transfer according to the shipping carrier’s applicable terms and applicable law.

  1. DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING

Customers should inspect shipments promptly after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging when applicable

Do not discard damaged packaging until the issue has been reviewed, as the shipping carrier may require it for a claim.

  1. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.

Custom-cut, personalized, fabricated-to-order, bulk-order, and other specially manufactured products may be non-refundable once production begins.

Please review the Refund and Returns Policy before placing an order.

  1. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS AND AFFILIATE LINKS

Dead Center Fabrication may recommend or link to products, manufacturers, retailers, or other third parties.

Some links or discount codes may provide Dead Center Fabrication with a commission, product credit, referral payment, or other benefit at no additional cost to the customer.

Third-party products, websites, warranties, transactions, shipping, returns, and services are controlled by those third parties and are subject to their own policies and terms.

  1. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
